Sarve Eshtehardi is the founder of White Roc Hospitality, an advisory platform focused on driving strategic growth for hotel brands and operators through business development, positioning, and capital alignment.
She brings nearly 20 years of experience across real estate and hospitality, with a career spanning acquisitions, asset management, development, investment banking, and platform growth within institutional environments.
Most recently, Sarve served as Vice President of Development at Highgate, where she played a key role in expanding a third party management platform of more than 500 hotels across North America, CALA, and Europe. Her work focused on sourcing and executing strategic opportunities valued at over $25M in management fees and contributed to the firm's global growth.
Prior to Highgate, she was Vice President of Acquisitions and Head of Real Estate at Butler Hospitality, where she led the expansion of the company's portfolio from five locations in New York City to 35 locations across 13 major US markets.
Earlier in her career, Sarve held roles at GFI Hospitality, JLL's Hotel Investment Banking group, Tishman Speyer, and RealFoundations, developing a foundation across capital markets, asset management, and large scale development.
Sarve holds an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business with a concentration in Real Estate and Corporate Finance. She is a member of the Urban Land Institute Hotel Development Council and a recipient of the WX Women in Real Estate Award.
